there's light in them thar tunnels....

Our new range arrived yesterday morning, and was installed finally! Suddenly the kitchen feels huge again (not having a massive range sitting in the middle of the floor will do that I guess....duh!) and looks absolutely fantastic :)


It's all coming together!









Then we took it for a test run with a yummy marinated flank steak, with a Argentinian chimmichurri sauce...mmmmm!

Delicious!








We finished up a couple of rooms worth of window dressings too. The living room has white sheers and blue/gray designed panels, they look very stylish ;)







It was pretty time consuming to do all these ourselves, as you have to cut all the panels to size, then hem the ends and attach the velcro at the top to hang them from the tracks...







Here are the bedroom panels... very cute!









The smaller bedroom window got a great rolling blind, it's really nice.
